最新剧场版《蜡笔小新激突！涂鸦王国和4位勇者》将是系列的第28部剧场版动画电影，讲述了发生在孩子们喜欢的涂鸦王国的冒险故事，而小新等4位菜鸟勇者将再度运用“智慧”拯救这个世界。没错， 大家所熟悉的风间，妮妮和正男们又要和大家见面了！
这故事改编于漫画原作里的“涂鸦笔篇章”，讲述了这支可以把画在纸张里的东西的魔法笔变成实物的搞笑故事！
