Manchester United's move for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho has hit a road block over finances.
The Manchester Evening News says United are finding agent fees and wage demands a problem.
There said to be still no resolution on the Sancho's salary expectations in discussions with his agent Emeka Obasi and the intermediary fee demanded by Marco Lichtsteiner, who is working on Dortmund's behalf.
United don't want to shatter their salary structure by signing Sancho and giving him an eyewatering contract, like they did with Alexis Sanchez in January 2018.
And agent fees are an issue, too.
United once gave Mino Raiola a huge £41million upon signing Paul Pogba back from Juventus four years ago, in a move that was slammed by many across the world.
And they're eager to avoid the mistakes of the past.
Another issue is the transfer fee, with United yet to determine how they'd actually afford Sancho at the current moment in time.
