Former Liverpool player Emre Can is happy he will count on Jadon Sancho as a teammate next season.
Can is with Borussia Dortmund, and the club announced this week Sancho will stay for the coming season.
The ex-Reds star may be happy his old rivals Manchester United failed to sign Sancho.
"I'm personally very happy that Jadon is staying," said Can, as reported by Ruhr Nachrichten.
"For me he is already a world class player.
"He's very, very important to the team.
"I hope he will continue to score many goals and help us as a team to win as many games as possible."
