Newcastle defender Kelland Watts has joined Plymouth Argyle on a season-long loan.
The youngster made his Premier League debut against Liverpool on the final day of last season.
Speaking on his move to Plymouth, Watts said: "There's some big clubs in League One that I'm looking forward to playing against so I keep progressing each season."
The 20-year-old has previously spent time at Mansfield Town and Stevenage.
