Barcelona president Jose Maria Bartomeu is to announce the elections for March 20 and 21, 2020.
They will take place over the weekend and in various locations, reports Marca.
This is a change to how the voting is usually done, since it is usually held in a single venue and on one day.
However, the recommendations made in light of the coronavirus pandemic mean that by having multiple stations there should not be lengthy queues for those members who wish to vote.
This will be the date that Bartomeu's mandate will come to an end, although the vote of no confidence against him continues to gather signatures.
