Kota Kinabalu: The development imbalance between urban and rural areas in Sabah remains an injustice to rural communities who deserve an equal opportunity to improve their life, said Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) President Datuk Seri Anifah Aman (pic).He said the situation could have been different if Warisan President Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal had not failed in seeing to their development needs, especially when he was Rural and Regional Development Minister, a post he held for seven years from 2009 to 2015. “We all know that there has been an imbalance of development between urban and rural areas in Sabah, whether in terms of economy or infrastructure.
