Caretaker Education and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob said the e-Kasih system which was first introduced in 2008 as a database for poverty should be reviewed to ensure the assistance reaches the target group. He said some recipients are no longer in the poverty level for the past 12 years but their names are still recorded in the list of recipients.
