Heung-min Son struck four goals in a stunning display as Tottenham thrashed Southampton 5-2 at St Mary's on Sunday.
The South Korea international combined with Harry Kane for all four of his goals as Spurs took control after Danny Ings' fine finish from a tight angle had given Southampton a first-half lead.
Kane struck Spurs' fifth, with Ings also scoring in injury-time from the spot.
Son declared: "It's incredible. To score four goals in the Premier League is a big honour. With this guy [Harry Kane], four amazing assists and to score a goal, I think he deserves Man of the Match today.
"We are working almost now for five seasons together. We know what we like. Obviously Harry is one of the best strikers. We are working together so many times. We work so hard to have a good relationship off the pitch and on it. I enjoy working with this amazing player and hopefully many more to come.
On scoring the equaliser in the first half, he added: "I think it was very important, especially at the end of the first half. We struggled in the first half a little bit and didn't play the way we wanted.
"We deserved the win and came back strongly in the second half. It was a bit of a shame not to score more than five goals."
