Brighton youngster Tariq Lamptey has received his first call up to the England under-21 squad.
The 19-year-old was very impressive at the tail end of last season in the Premier League.
He moved to Brighton from Chelsea in January.
The right-back will now be with Aidy Boothroyd's under-21s, having previously played for his country's under-18s, 19s and 20s.
Two players who will not be with the squad are Eberechi Eze and Reece James. Both are set to miss matches against Kosovo and Austria.
Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham and Bukayo Saka from Arsenal are two notable inclusions in the squad.
