Lyon coach Rudi Garcia admits he's tried to sign Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
OL president Jean-Michel Aulas pushed hard to sign Giroud earlier this year before the Frenchman committed to a new one-year contract.
Garcia admits he's twice tried to sign Giroud in recent times, though concedes the prospect of third time lucky is unlikely.
He recalled, "I called Oliver when I was in Marseille, I called Olivier in Lyon.
"Are we going to meet again? Maybe not..."
