Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is conducting an online survey to get the public’s feedback on the targeted repayment assistance offered after the current moratorium ends at the end of this month.

According to the central bank’s announcement, the survey will be used to help BNM gain insights into banking consumer experiences in discussing assistance needs amidst this challenging period. All individuals and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are invited to participate in the survey, which is estimated to take less than 10 minutes.

“The responses will be kept confidential by Bank Negara Malaysia, and will not be shared with other parties including banking institutions, without your consent, as provided by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010,” the central bank reassured.

Both individuals and SMEs can find out more or participate in BNM’s survey here.
