Kota Kinabalu:
The Election Commission on Thursday said it had issued 19,010 postal ballot papers between Sept 14 and 16 in all 73 constituencies for the upcoming state election. Of the number, 17,257 papers were for election workers, 81 overseas absent voters, 78 for overseas Malaysians and 1,594 for permitted health and security workers. The process to issue the ballot papers was attended by representatives of all parties and individuals contesting in the Sept 26 election.
