Roma chief Guido Fienga insists coach Paulo Fonseca's job is safe.
Max Allegri has been linked with Fonseca's job.
But Fienga says: “Fonseca's future has never been an open issue for Roma.
“With him, we started a project that involves a young team, led by a quality coach."
On Edin Dzeko, Fienga added: "Edin is our captain and will remain so. We're happy that he's staying. We know his quality and professionalism.
“If he takes to the field on Sunday, he'll do his best. We hope he has some extra motivation in him."
