Manchester City are swooping for IFK Gothenburg prospect Jesper Tolinsson.
Sport Expressen says the 17 year-old is set to be contracted by City's owners, City Football Group, and be loaned to new Belgian satellite partners Lommel.
Only a City medical needs to be completed before Tolinsson puts pen to paper.
IFK sports director Pontus Farnerud said, "That's it, there is interest in Jesper, but nothing is clear until a contract is signed.
"We never comment on anything regarding clubs."
