Public demand free petrol from Warisan candidate

The Warisan candidate for Tanjung Batu, Mohd Afsar Abd Latif (pic), denied claims in social media that he provided free petrol worth RM100 to the public.

“I've been viralled twice with the previous one related to the issue of electricity, then water and now petrol. There are also rumours that we bear the cost of education to some.” Mohd Asfar said people became angry and cursed him following the rumours some have been calling him from the petrol station for help.

“All I can do is apologise and tell them that I never made such an offer. I was lucky because the petrol station mentioned in the message did not respond to the requests of the people who were deceived by the false statement
