But the 20-year-old knows he will have a tough time getting regular matches, given the quality of the team's front options.
According to The Sun, Villa are enquiring about outright buying Brewster, rather than loaning him.
Brewster was on loan with Swansea during the second half of last season, and Villa boss Dean Smith is a huge fan of the player.
But it is unclear if Liverpool would accept a sale, as Brewster is someone manager Jurgen Klopp could see as a future star for the team.
