Caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal is prepared for any legal action by Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) President Datuk Seri Anifah Aman for alleging that two major Yayasan Sabah land contracts had been awarded to Anifah’s families for 100 years.The Parti Warisan Sabah President said he has all the evidence when he exposed it to the people in Kunak on Monday. “I have all the data and proof and those involved in the abuse…we will reveal the content in a company owned by Anifah’s families related to a Yayasan Sabah land whereby a factory was built in the middle of 50,000 hectares and owned 50 per cent of the (factory).

“Bring it to court. We have all proof such as registration of the companies in Malaysia Companies Commission (SSM) which this agency can state the owners of the company. We have all the details,” he said.
