Arsenal legend Santi Cazorla sent his congratulations to club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after the latter signed a new contract.
Aubameyang has committed the next three years to the club on a £250,000 a week deal.
Cazorla, who was with Arsenal for many years under Arsene Wenger, wrote a message of support on social media to Auba.
The former Arsenal midfielder wrote: "Well done bro" along with three flexed bicep emojis.
Aubameyang replied: "Santi! Muchas gracias, hermano. Thank you my bro."
Arsenal will be hoping Aubameyang can score the goals to fire them to a top four finish this season, while they are also aiming to win the Europa League.
