Schalke are targeting a loan move for Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.
The 27-year-old Argentine has two years remaining on his contract at the Gunners.
While the north London club are looking to extend Martinez's deal, they could be open to a loan move if Mikel Arteta would prefer to start Bernd Leno.
And Sky Sports says Schalke have put their hands up to sign the Argentine.
He kept nine clean sheets in 23 games last season and helped Arsenal to win the FA Cup, as well as Saturday's Community Shield victory on penalties over Liverpool.
