Leicester City have made an improved offer for St Etienne defender Wesley Fofana.
While the Foxes are in talks with Burnley for James Tarkowski, their pursuit of Fofana is still open.
L'Equipe says Leicester have tabled their latest offer to €35m up front with a further €5m in bonuses.
Fofana has already agreed personal terms with the Foxes over a five-year contract.
However for the moment, ASSE remain determined to keep hold of the 19 year-old.
