Real Madrid president Florentino Perez hopes to take advantage of his good relationship with PSG's owners in the battle for Kylian Mbappe.

It's emerged this week that Mbappe has informed PSG this coming season will be his last in Paris before he departs.

Real, Barcelona, Manchester United and Liverpool have been raised as the four priority destinations for the World Cup winner.

Spanish pundit Josep Pedrerol reports Florentino will not pressure PSG to open negotiations. Instead, he will wait for a green light from PSG's Qatari owners before entering talks for the young striker.

AS says while a valuation of €300m has been mentioned for Mbappe, Florentino believes he can convince PSG to sell for €120-150m in a year's time.

And if nothing can be settled in 2021, Real would be willing to wait until 2022 to negotiate with Mbappe directly over a Bosman arrangement.
