EC must explain if postal ballots only sent after nomination: DAP

TAWAU: Warisan Plus (DAP) for Sri Tanjung Justin Wong Yung Bin wants the Election Commission (EC) to explain whether postal ballot papers were sent Malaysian voters overseas, a few days after nomination day.

He said the envelope of the postal ballot also did not state the return address for the voters to send back.

 “I have received a call from a Malaysian voter of Dun Sri Tanjung who is in Ireland, on Monday night, claiming that the ballot paper he received was sent on September 17, which is five days after nomination day (Sept 12) “ It is indeed too late.
