Kota Kinabalu: Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) has postponed the physical entry of students into its mother campus as well as branch campuses in Labuan and Sandakan until further notice. Its Centre for Strategic Management and Corporate Communication said the decision was made following the rise of Covid-19 cases in the state. “The instruction to postpone the physical entry of the students is applicable to all level of studies and categories of UMS students,” the centre said in a statement, Monday.

It added that student registration for both new and senior students, orientation week and teaching and learning activities will move online and proceed as scheduled.

“Students are advised to contact their respective faculties, or the academic services division at 088-320 054, or student affairs department at 088-320 060, should they need further information,” it said.
