Manchester City are pushing to close a deal for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
Foot Mercato says Kounde and City have struck terms over a five-year contract.
Sevilla are demanding €70m to sell the 21 year-old, though City are refusing to go close to even €60m for the stopper.
Sevilla are in no need to sell this summer and are determined to stick to their assessment.
Along with City, Barcelona are also keen on Kounde this summer.
