Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly feels he didn't give his best for former coach Carlo Ancelotti last season.
Ancelotti was sacked by Napoli before taking the Everton job.
Koulibaly said, "No, there was no lack of transparency. But I wanted to do more. The mistake is this. Ancelotti helped me from all points of view, but physically I was a bit more cumbersome.
"This year I'm back better. Now I try to give what people want from me, I know the expectations are high."
