Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson feels he can play deep into his 30s.
Henderson is now in his tenth season at Anfield.
He told the club's website: "I have just turned 30 and I still feel 25 physically and feel better than ever. I am at a good stage in my career in terms of my experience and physically there are no question marks right now.
"I want to try to play as long as possible. I still love the game and I want to play for England and Liverpool for as long as I can. I have always lived my life the right way when it comes to doing everything right, eating the right things, sleeping right and living my life in the best way.
"So even in the next six or seven years, I should hopefully be able to perform at the highest level."
