Manchester United signing Edinson Cavani admits he's upset with his brother and agent.
Cavani is upset with accusations from his agent and brother Walter Gugliemone that his personal demands had proved too steep for interested teams.
He told 2 de Punta: "My wish was to play football and I always expressed my desire to continue competing in Europe.
"One out of respect sometimes sins because he answers the phone to sports directors. Not in my case, but in the case of my brother.
"Not to deny, but to be able to speak respectfully to thank for the interest and trust. Afterwards they end up saying many things."
Cavani says he felt hurt by some things that have been said about his brother, who he trusts fully and thanked on social media on Monday.
He said: "Many things were said without knowing because people speak behind a microphone and a keyboard.
"It hurt me, not because I live from those comments, but because of the evil that social networks sometimes do.
"So I was glad that all this has come out.
"A business is not worth more than a bond of siblings and nothing is negotiated with principles of life that, in a small message, I was able to make clear.
"Let each one be where they want to be. I did it to leave a positive message for young people who can follow me."
