Philippe Coutinho's time with Bayern Munich is being credited for his superb early season form with Barcelona.
The midfielder had a difficult experience on-loan at Bayern, though Mundo Deportivo says the Brazilian learned about the importance of physical fitness during his time in Germany.
Indeed, upon his return to Barcelona, Coutinho hired two personal trainers to work with him regularly - right through to this day.
Coutinho works with the two coaches on his days off and credits his form under new Barca coach Ronald Koeman to the extra work being done away from La Masia.
For many, the former Liverpool star is now showing his best form in a Barca shirt.
