Kota Kinabalu: The Kinabalu Pink Ribbon breast cancer support association (KPR) will host activities in conjunction with the annual  “Pinktober” (breast cancer awareness month) virtually due the Covid-19 pandemic.

Its President Laura Bazan said it is collaborating with Inti College Kota Kinabalu to conduct a live Breast Cancer Awareness Talk via StreamYard on Oct. 24, with KM Clinic Damai’s Dr Anita Boay Guat Im as guest speaker. 

“Breast Cancer Hashtag Activity will also be hosted by INTI students in conjunction with Pinktober to provide emotional and psychological support to all breast cancer patients and their families,” she said in a statement, Wednesday.
