Arsenal have clinched the signing of 18-year-old striker Nikolaj Moller.

Moller, who has been classed as the 'next Zlatan Ibrahimovic', will go into the Gunners' Professional Development Phase where he is expected to work under Steve Bould.

Arsenal list Moller as a powerful striker and prolific goalscorer with the youngster having spent most of his youth career in Sweden.

It is believed he has signed a four-year deal with reports previously suggesting the Emirates outfit have paid around £430,000 for his services.

Arsenal confirmed Moller's signing on its official website.

“Nikolaj Moller has joined us from Swedish side Malmo. He will link up with our Professional Development Phase this season," the statement read. “The 18-year-old center-forward is a powerful striker and prolific goalscorer. He has spent most of his youth career in Sweden, but recently spent time on loan in Italy at Bologna's academy."

“We all welcome Nikolaj to Arsenal and look forward to watching his development with us. The deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes."
