Tuaran: Road users, especially residents in the surrounding areas in the district here, had been asked to comply with the temporary road closure enforced by the police. Tuaran District Police Chief DSP Mohd Hamizi Halim said the temporary closure which was carried out under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) since Oct 15, is aimed at controlling the movement of residents from leaving their homes without important purpose. He said apart from that, it is to ensure that opened routes can be used to identify the number of passengers and drivers in each vehicle that leaves the house.
