He said in Sabah there are also many NGOs that can help but they have financial limitation and their ability to help cannot reach the target. As for the allocation announced by the Chief Minister recently, he said the people of Sabah are also still waiting to receive it and hope Hajiji could give a specific date and that no one would miss out on assistance this time. In another development, Jeffry said the Cabinet appointments was a good one as many new faces have been included.

On the appointment of Nominated Assemblyman Dr Aliakbar Gulasan from PAS, Jeffry hoped that Aliakbar will bring an open-minded culture so that PAS can be accepted by all Sabahans. “Reduce one-way political comments and serve Sabahans because he (Aliakbar) is a native of Sabah who comes from Tenom,” he said.
