Call to allocate funds for sanitisation work in Sabah

Kota Kinabalu: Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia (YPNM) Sabah Chairman, David Chan (pic), has called on the local authorities to carry out disinfection works not only in the State capital, but also in areas known to have spike in Covid-19 cases.

He said while the government has allocated RM2.6 million for public sanitation operations in Putrajaya, specifically to curb the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, it would also be good to allocate funds for sanitation in Sabah.
