Norwich City have reached an agreement with Everton for the sale of Ben Godfrey.

The centre-back is moving back to the Premier League for a fee of £25 million, which could rise through add ons.

Everton were desperate to sign a center half before the transfer window shut.

Now they have their man in 22-year-old Godfrey, according to Sky Sports.

He is the one the club expects to form part of their starting defence in the coming years.

Godfrey played 30 times for Norwich last term as they were relegated from the Premier League.
