Businesses to operate in Sabah except for fun outlets, sports

Kota Kinabalu: Only operations of entertainment outlets and sports activities will be barred amid the ongoing State-wide conditional movement control order (MCO).

Sabah’s Covid-19 spokesman Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun (pic) said all businesses and industries involved in the economic sector could operate but must follow the guidelines, including operating hours from 6am to 6pm.

The number of staff working at any one time should be reduced by 50pc, and all must observe standard operating procedures (SOPs) like maintaining social distancing, he said.
