Jack Wilshere has confirmed he has parted ways with West Ham United.
The 28-year-old midfielder joined West Ham from Arsenal in 2018.
But injuries restricted Wilshere to just 19 appearances for the Hammers.
Despite the disappointing news, Wilshere insists he is fit and ready to find another club.
"I'm still only 28 and feel fit, strong and ready to play," tweeted Wilshere.
"I am still incredibly hungry, ambitious and desperate to play football and achieve success."
