Ajax defender Nicolas Tagiafico remains a target for Manchester City.
The Sun says City are set to go back in for Tagliafico this January – with Pep Guardiola desperate for a left-back.
He was eyed by City in the summer transfer window, with the club looking to give competition to Benjamin Mendy.
But Etihad chiefs could not offload Oleksandr Zinchenko in time, who was determined to stay and fight for his spot.
The club plan to make another swoop for Tagliafico though, who would cost around £20m.
