Credibility of Anwar at stake: Jeffrey

Kota Kinabalu: PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is damaging his credibility with his moves of attracting MPs from the government side in the hope of becoming the next Prime Minister, said Star Sabah President Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan (pic).

 In the eyes of the people, he said, Anwar is portraying himself as craving to be the Prime Minister regardless of the consequences to the rakyat.

 “It is better for him to look after his constituents as the MP for Port Dickson and to contribute his efforts and energy to assist the government and the people in the fight against the invisible enemy, the Covid-19 pandemic, and to help recover the economy since many people and businesses have been badly affected by this tragedy,” he said in a statement, Monday.
