KOTA KINABALU: Employees in both private and public sectors, involving management and supervisory levels, in areas under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), are to work from home (WFH), effective Oct 22.

Announcing this on Tuesday, Senior Minister (Defence) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said, the measure will involve nearly 1 million private and public sector staff members in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Sabah.

However, there are certain exemptions for those who would still need to work from the office, and employees who are staying in red zones need to undergo a Covid-19 swab test.
