Arsenal have a deal in place for Hertha Berlin defender Omar Rekik.
However, the Dutch youngster won't join the Gunners until January.
Arsenal have agreed a £900,000 fee with Hertha for Rekik.
The Bundesliga side confirmed the loan signing of Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi earlier on Monday.
And, as part of negotiations, the north London side have put a deal in place for Hertha's 18-year-old Dutch centre-back who was previously at Manchester City.
Paperwork couldn't be completed in time for the deal to go through last night and instead it's been agreed Rekik will join the Gunners on January 1.
