Labuan temple marks fest with donation of rice

LABUAN: The Nine Emperor Gods (Kew Ong Yeh) festival held in the month of October by the Temple of Eight Immortals (Pak Sin Mew) has always been a colourful religious festival marked with a variety of events including self-flagellation and procession.

But this year it was held on a low key confined mostly to prayers without any other events.
