Former Manchester City striker Shaun Goater can see Pep Guardiola signing a new deal next year.
Guardiola's current contract expires in June.
Goater said for GentingBet: "Pep is the only one who knows if he will leave Manchester City, but I want to believe that Pep will stay.
"I know he is not known for being in clubs for five to eight years, but I think he has found a home in Manchester City.
"When I say home, I mean a home that will challenge his time in Barcelona and I think it can even surpass his time there because the people in the club are people he has worked with for several years now. I think honesty and closeness will be good for him."
