More serviced office facilities for Labuan firms

LABUAN: Universal Serviced Offices (USO), headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, announced the commencement of construction of its first business centre in Malaysia, located at Financial Park Labuan.

USO, which will be the largest serviced office facility in Labuan, held it’s virtual ground-breaking ceremony here, recently.

This office facility will aid Labuan registered companies in complying with the newly-imposed substance requirement by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) seeing as companies will need to open up their offices here with full-time employees.
