Sabah Athletics hails Ellron’s appointment

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Masters Athletic Association (Samas) hailed the appointment of Datuk Ellron Angin as the new Youth and Sports Minister in the state.

The former national sprinter and elected Sook assemblyman was sworn in before the Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin at the Istana Negeri on Thursday.

Samas President David William (pic), who was also a national sprinter and team mate of Ellron back in the late seventies and early eighties said on Friday that they are very proud of his appointment and believed he has the expertise to lead the ministry.
