Facundo Pellestri is delighted after his first training session at Manchester United.
Pellistri only made his professional debut for Penarol in August last year but is eager to establish himself as an important player in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad.
"I'm very excited to sign because Manchester United is one of the best clubs in history," he told the United website.
"I'm really excited to link up and to learn from attacking players like (Mason) Greenwood, (Anthony) Martial and (Marcus) Rashford."
He later tweeted: "I had my first session with the reds at an awesome training center. Really excited to begin and work hard."
United revealed Facundo has been given the No 28 shirt and will be included in the club's 25-man A list for the Champions League group stage matches.
And he could even be vying to make his United debut in Saturday's Premier League match against Newcastle United.
