Genoa midfielder Lasse Schone is ready to take legal action against the club.
Schone has been omitted from Genoa's Serie A squad list.
"We have had our say this week on the course of events, but we won't just let this go," agent Revien Kanhai told Voetbal International.
“Lasse is being treated in scandalous fashion and seeing as the agreements have been violated for some time now, we are taking steps.
“The club did not tell us that he would be frozen out, otherwise we would've found him another club.
“We are taking legal action immediately, because cases similar to this have already been analysed by FIFA and the CAS."
