Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says Olympique Marseille should've tried to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Since Frank McCourt's purchase of the French giants, Marseille have failed to settle on a first-choice No9.
Asked about the dilemma, Wenger says Aubameyang would've been an ideal solution.
"I think Aubameyang would not be bad there. But I prefer that he stays at Arsenal anyway," he said.
Aubameyang penned new terms with the Gunners over the summer.
