No reason for Muhy to quit, says Sabah Umno

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Umno welcomes the decision by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong not to declare a state of emergency in Malaysia.  Its Chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said his party also upheld His Majesty’s decision in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak and threat.

 Bung Moktar (pic), who is also the Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah said the political split need to be stopped immediately when the country is facing the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in Sabah which shows a very worrying development.

 “Currently, we need to work together regardless of the government or the opposition to jointly fight the re-transmission of the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused a halt to economic recovery efforts,” he said.
