AC Milan great Franco Baresi has been named new honourary vice-president of AC Milan.
The appointment was confirmed on Wednesday.
“I thank the club, the President Scaroni and the CEO Gazidis for this new position. It is a great honour, which fills me with pride," Baresi said.
“I'm happy with this recognition and, above all, that the club has thought of me to add another piece of the future to a glorious coat of arms, to continue to always remain a great Milan."
