Kota Kinabalu: Some people are still complacent about the standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the government, said Sabah Council of Datuks (MDNS) President Datuk Claudius Roman (pic).He said they did not realise how deadly the virus is. As such, MDNS appealed to the public to comply with the SOPs, such as wearing face mask, using hand sanitiser and staying at home, especially those who have been quarantined, as well as to avoid mass gatherings.
